All operatives are fully trained and skilled in their trade. They receive regular Health and safety training and customer care training. They are motivated and will always demonstrate a high level of care and interest in the work they carry out.
Operative Code Of Conduct
All employees sign up to our code of conduct this insists that all works:
- will be carried out with regard to the method statement and a sense of duty to the customer.
- All operatives will be polite, presentable and carry identification at all times.
- They will not be overly familiar with customers however they will seek to address any concerns they may have and will report these to our Contract manager who in turn will discuss with the customer.
